  It  has been a great  privilege for me over several years to mix and mingle with many Men and Women in numerous areas of society who are leaders but the excellent amongst them is Sen Sani Abubakar Danladi.                                                           

   It has always been a fascination as I observe their lives to see just people would want to follow their leadership.                              

 Sen Sani Abubakar Danladi is kind of leaders who believes that Businesse, industry, government, labour, education, and worshipping places are all starving for effective leadership. We may have many people filling administrative positions but the need is for true leaders who are able to do the job more effectively.                               

He also believe that every community needs to continuously develop leadership skills in other to accomplish success. More on his believe, that the world is divided into leaders and followers. Civilisation must experience progress,and progress depends upon leadership.                                                                   

A leader like Sen Sani Abubakar Danladi also believe that leader is one who guides and develops the activities of others and seeks to provide continual training and direction.
