Tambuwal inspects re- construction of Abdullahi Bara u Sec sch Dogon Daji

 

Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has charged the contractor handling the ongoing re- construction of Abdullah Barau Secondary School Dogon Daji, to expedite and ensure timely completion of the project according to lay down specifications.

The governor made the charge while inspecting the ongoing reconstruction of the  school at Dogon Daji in Tambuwal Local Government.

He expressed satisfaction with the quality of work being done, he regretted though the  raining season may have delayed the pace of work, but hoped that work would be fully continued immediately after.

He assured that the state government is ready and willing to pay it's contractors, whenever their certificates are ready as the government is eager to see the completion of the project and many other projects in the state.

He commended the company and the site engineers for the quality work being executed at the site.

Earlier in his remark, The site engineer of the Project, Architect Ashafa Sahabi, attributed the delay of the project due to difficulties faced by the company on the access of materials especially sand as a result of raining season.

He commended the state government for the prompt payment of their certificate when ever the need arises even as he assured the continued quality of the projects according to specification. 

The project comprises of two blocks of class rooms, laboratory,admin, staff quarters, CBT ,  library block, multi purpose and dining block,coppers lodge, access roads and over- head tank of 90.M3. 2 among others.
